Thanks for clarifying! I suggest keeping a record of conversations under `.aider/conversations-record/` - it will be tracked by git by default, however the user may opt out by `.gitignore`ing it....

it does show 'error' on stderr, so I suggest it exits with code 1

@birkskyum couldn't reproduce due to another problem - the `bun test` process never terminates [see here](https://github.com/nitsanavni/bun-1605)

I think a lot of what the facilitator does is captured in many mob rpg roles. Maybe the dedicated facilitator's main characteristic is that they're not Typing or Talking, iow...
