I wonder if we can summarize what the facilitator does? Or is it too rich and nuanced to describe in 1 or 2 sentences?

I think a lot of what the facilitator does is captured in many mob rpg roles. Maybe the dedicated facilitator's main characteristic is that they're not Typing or Talking, iow they're not coding. Now that I think of it, we should also document the "Typing Facilitator".
