how to install this in kde cloning in ~/.icons is not showing it on system settings

nvm have to clone it in `/usr/share/icons`

http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/libssl1.1_1.1.1l-1ubuntu1.2_amd64.deb installing this manually and then installing espanso deb works fine.

same happens on debian based distro installed via ppa (kubuntu 22.04) any way out? For me it only stops working after log out login.
