It seems so that some components are not registered with the z-index manager. Example: TaskBar and ToolTips of TaskBar buttons.

Do we need any documentation or clarifications about which MEI versions are supported? Edirom Editor currently exports MEI 2012. What about manually preparing MEI 2013 files?
