Another problem -- the functions _segment_t_start and _segment_t_stop take block_index and seg_index as arguments. However, for PL2 files the precise start/stop times for a given segment depend on the stream....
WB and FP sampling rates are 40 kHz and 1 kHz, respectively. Each recorded sample is assigned an integer value (tick) that corresponds to a clock running at 40 kHz....
