In theory, this is possible, but Time Machine will stop backing up automatically so I guess you want Ejectify to (temporarily) remount, as well, right? How often/when?

There isn't an option like this (at the moment) but feel free to adjust the code and make it work like this. Otherwise, I'll tag this is a feature request.

OK, I'll look into this for Ejectify 2.0. I expect Ejectify needs to run with administrator rights. Would it be an issue to grant Ejectify those rights (initially)?

Could you, as an administrator, grant Ejectify administration rights to a normal user? Obviously, this should only be done once, either when installing or running for the first time.

OK, no worries. I'll test this out when I look into this when I start working on 2.0

I wouldn't expect this behavior as Ejectify is simply instructing the operating system to (un)mount. This shouldn't be different than manually (un)mounting. Is this also happening when you manually (un)mount?

What you are looking for partially already exists. You can toggle volumes by clicking them in Ejectify's menu. When disabled, Daily doesn't unmount it. This goes for automatic and manual...

It does. I'll leave it as an open improvement to see if others would be interested in this, too.
