Hello. I actually had to upload them for verkko group as well, they are located on the `incoming/sergek` folder, labeled as `ng_hifi-corrected.fasta.gz.` Per the Canu docs: https://canu.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#how-can-i-send-data-to-you.

Unfortunately using `--min-hist-cnt` settings of either 16, 17, or 18 made the assembly worse. I also tried 30 just to see what would happen. The peak_het outcomes for all runs...

Thank you for the response. It is an OSX. I thought I was running in webserver mode, but I now realize that installing with conda likely made it a standalone...
