UnitigResolver.cpp:707 for verkko

Hello. Thank you for building this resource.

I am running verkko on some plant HiFi reads and I received this error:

MBG: src/UnitigResolver.cpp:707: std::pair<UnitigGraph, std::vector<ReadPath> > resolvableToUnitigs(const ResolvableUnitigGraph&, const std::vector<PathGroup>&, const std::vector<ReadPathInfo>&): Assertion `coverages[i][j] > 0' failed.
./buildGraph.sh: line 41: 48081 Aborted                 (core dumped)

I'm not sure if this is related to issue #19, but I thought I'd share. I'm running version 1.0.14 as well as the most up-to-date versions of verkko and GraphAligner.

It's probably a different thing than issue 19. Could you upload the corrected hifi reads?

Hello. I actually had to upload them for verkko group as well, they are located on the incoming/sergek folder, labeled as ng_hifi-corrected.fasta.gz. Per the Canu docs: https://canu.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#how-can-i-send-data-to-you.
