On f6.nurax.samvera.org and pg.nurax.samvera.org, newly-added audio works do not play in browser. Video does work, however. This was the behavior in Hyrax 5.1 and now in 5.2.

@cjcolvar @trmccormick I agree. I just looked at a few other examples and this seems to be the predominant way of handling this nowadays, so I'd be fine with that...

In dev.nurax I get a "we're sorry, something went wrong" error when attempting to edit a FileSet that was previously deposited prior to recent updates. I can edit newly-deposited FileSets....

I just tested this again on dev.nurax, and indeed it is behaving normally. I'll update the issue.

After @dlpierce made updates on 2/6/25, this works intermittently. Some file sets get thumbnails, others do not.
