When documentation for closed source software contains contractions I err on the side of what works experimentally. I tested with a FT4232H and a FT2232H, both work with 0ms latency....
It's not just experimental, the [FT2232H](https://ftdichip.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/DS_FT2232H.pdf) datasheet page 26 explicitly calls out a latency timer value of 0-255 as valid.
I opened up some PRs, #37, #39, #40. I think once those are cleaned up the crate is in good shape for a release.
Forgot I had this still open, I'll update it later today so it's ready to be merged for 1.0
For future reference do you have the stock controller or a modded one?
