Form Widget does not follow column dropdown filters

Issue: Column dropdown filtering is not carried over in Forms Widget. Desired function: use existing dropdown filters from column setup or ability to set up new un Form Widget

Issue: With larger datasets Reference List columns cannot be used Desired function: Be able to pick multiple lines form a dropdown with search (like it is for other types already)
