Fixed stuttering by adding `preempt=full` key to kernel in grub. That seems to fix everything source https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/wikis/Performance-tuning
Unfortunately previous solution didn't helped. Game search triggered stuttering again If I'm not searching for game - there are no stuttering or lags while I'm boot into system with `preempt=full`...
