I recommend migrating to EquoIDE. https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/plugin-gradle

EquoIDE is a new approach to the Goomph problem. It works way better and it's got a bigger team behind it. I'm not sure if it will pickup your proxy...

For issues like this I would recommend Solstice https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/solstice

[EquoIDE](https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/plugin-gradle) implemented this in - https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/pull/76

FYI, I would recommend looking at Solstice for a problem like this https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/solstice

There is a new project which works *way* better than Oomph ever did called EquoIDE. I highly recommend trying it out! https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/plugin-gradle

I'm still happy to merge improvements to Goomph, but I think [dev.equo.p2deps](https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/plugin-gradle#user-plugins) is the way forward on this.

If you're having trouble launching OSGi applications, it's worth checking out [Solstice](https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/solstice).

This issue is solved in [`dev.equo.p2deps`](https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/plugin-gradle#user-plugins).

There is a new [`dev.equo.p2deps` plugin which solves this issue](https://github.com/equodev/equo-ide/tree/main/plugin-gradle#user-plugins).
