The result from google geocoder looks like this maybe we can use the `sublocality` as a fallback, but it need a little more investigation to be sure it's a safe...

Hi Currently there is no option to access google short name, but it could be interesting to have.

I planned to remove request as dependency and to provide a way to configure a `fetch` method it should come soon.
