Allow gating signups on user con profile fields

You have to select a different form type and then select the first one.

Specifically, the long text fields aren't set as markdown and the "can play simultaneously" field is set as free text.

Intercode doesn't implement single sign-out, so OAuth apps such as Cantrip and the Furniture app can't actually sign you out. We'd like to be able to add tags to events in addition to categories (e.g. `boffer`, `freeform`, `d20`, etc). The tags should be category-specific, and therefore baked into the definitions...
