Yah, i need to write something up. Related to #4. https://github.com/nathany/s3up has an IAM policy for the s3 bucket. And yes, there are environment variables set in the CircleCI UI.
What do you think of using some sort of detection rather than a flag? Maybe something based on app.yaml in the working directory?
