I think this is fixed in ToT... if your deps is bd416ea61d3632b93796eba2134fe03185e9e63e or newer for trace-viewer then this should go away

trace_viewer depends on py-chrome-app which is busted with latest chromes

Hmmm I tried doing some of the fixes for this (update the third_party/trace-viewer to trace-viewer ToT and then update all the module names to the latest folder layout of trace...
