I am not sure whether this is a bug, or intentional. The diagnostics will break if: - OCNDIAG_YEAR0 != OCNDIAG_TSERIES_YEAR0 - OCNDIAG_YEAR1 != OCNDIAG_TSERIES_YEAR1 For example, this configuration won't work:

This may be intentional, but the land averages fail if the ROFF files are not available. Maybe they should just give a warning ..?
