Make `particle` a required keyword to `ParticleTracker.load_particles`?

I'm in favor of this! Having implicit particle defaults makes silent errors more likely. Related to: #453.

This functionality sounds great to me! I've looked into BOUT++ a couple of times and it's a great example of open source plasma physics software. We should definitely talk more....
