Download is very slow

Same issue here, Librespeed installer on al LXC container with Alpine Linux, PHP8.0.22 with php-fpm (following [this guide](https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Apache_with_php-fpm). IPerf from the same container shows 980Mb while LibreSpeed stops at 12Mb....

ERROR:Unable to open raster file: No such file or directory

Thank you @LvZeeland , I was having the same issue and this solved it.
