Alright, this issue I was able to resolve on my end, it can be closed.

I had this issue when it could not find my accesstransformer.cfg. I need to change the path. Do note, I am using MultiLoader-Template from: "/src/main/resources/META-INF/accesstransformer.cfg" to: "/neoforge/src/main/resources/META-INF/accesstransformer.cfg"

The beginning of this has been started in 6.0.0. You can reset enable the wip waypoint manager in a waypoint options

Fixed for next release. 1.19.3 and 1.18.2 versions for both forge and fabric. This fix should resolve blocks for other mods too. I will close this ticket when release is...
