@billdenney - My understanding was that the service would fail to start at all on 64-bit Raspbian, so it looks like it's resolved.
This should be fixed now that H.264 is available.
This is now fixed and available in Voyager 2a devices or DIY devices that have audio-aware HDMI capture.
