Does "whole glyph copy/paste" mean "pasting all the content into an existing glyph" or "creating a new glyph"? If it's the latter then yes.

I imagine both of these actions would be needed in different situations. (currently I'm doing a lot of duplicating with a script, i.e. creating new glyphs.)
