Maybe the issue is that the size of the window isn't calculated correctly (at least cross-platform?) 
I'm fairly certain that travis-ci can build jar files. It would be nice if it could be used to rebuild the jars on every push to master.
It would be great if the program could handle multiple groups of (m out of n) optional courses. This would allow to separate technical vs general electives and similar situations.
