Annual update of scraper to keep up with changes in uOttawa site

New schedules weren't fetched over the winter due to a firewall misconfiguration on the server. I fixed the issue this week, and happily schedules were stable over that period since it was the middle of the semester.

Now that schedules are out for the new semester, it looks like the uOttawa website has been updated & the scraper needs an update. I'll take a look at this in the coming weeks, and will keep last semester's schedules up server-side until the update.
