Leverage travis-ci to automatically build the server and client

I'm fairly certain that travis-ci can build jar files. It would be nice if it could be used to rebuild the jars on every push to master.

It looks pretty straighforward to add jar files to releases with travis-ci. However, I haven't figured out how to get the build file to actually make the jars.
