Catch exception 'ProtectedError' when try to remove a pk with a relation in the model. Only have to define "on_delete=models.PROTECT" in the model fields.

Issue if the read names are too long, for ONT

Doesn't work for Nanopore

Your code doesn't work for Nanopore, only creates the stats (HTML). You have all code of Json and Filtering commented in the TGSProcessor.cpp file.

It is better to put it in stdout.
