Try snap from beta branch see if that fixes that issue.
Try changing font from f2k options that have support should fix.
try http://www.alanwood.net/downloads/ or gnu unicodefont http://unifoundry.com/unifont/index.html
Try using older runtime snap `snap refresh --beta wine-platform-runtime-core20` If still not working then try purge remove `cncra2yr` snap and reinstall it. `snap remove --purge cncra2yr && snap install cncra2yr`
It takes time to show dialog with install button show as all needed things for client installs. Maybe snapd issue generally on debian or maybe some otherthing idk tbh. try...
check if any other snap is working for you beside wine snaps if that not working then snapd is not properly installed.
Is this `clientdx` if so then its known broken.
