Try `snap run cncra2yr.cncra2yrogl` see if that helps.
ah thats wrong build my bad didn't checked ge builds, can you download again, since LoL builds were only meant for leagueoflegends.
lower screen resolution try again and set both resolutions to 1080 from launcher.
Try opengl client see if it reduces cpu usage.
@Nippyfus try `opengl` or `directx` `snap run cncra2yr.cncra2yrogl` `snap run cncra2yr.cncra2yrdx`
maybe don't launch snap with sudo
can you post `journalctl -fk` log when launching snap.
Not much usefull, I'll setup vm of debian 10 to investigate issue since it didn't boot on my system giving kernel panic will keep you posted.
Works fine here. 
maybe try removing cncra2yr dir then try launching snap again.
