Use array "current domain" for vector dimension

Just adding the productions for now, so they're parsed but immediately discarded- the AST representation is TBD. Not totally clear whether task hints may have WDL expressions, not just literal...

In #784 we added productions for the grammar to recognize hints, but punted on how they're to be represented in the AST (WDL.Tree.*).
