I've also managed to launch avalon initialised app by simply adding all the needed env vars while launching ftrack_connect and tweaking the app environment during launching to copy task context...

I'm using these pre-made .toml files. Ftrack works on the basis of `schemas` that dictate to ftrack server everything about the project configuration, kinda like .config.toml files do in avalon....

So far none of our current and potential clients are interested in launcher other than as backup option when ftrack is down. It's too much hassle for artist to click...

We have a large cleanup sprint this and next week after which we're releasing current state of pype to github again and hopefully being once again as much avalon-core compatible...
