In the footer area I found 2 links that was hard coded to English sites, , `https://wordpress.org/documentation/` and `https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/`. These links should be different for each locale. 

503 error on pod pages

Hi team, When I try accessing to a pod page ( `/pods/:name`, eg. https://cocoapods.org/pods/GoogleMobileAdsMediationFacebook ) it returns a 503 error  Hope this will be fixed soon.
