Having the same issue with `pnpm update -g`. Adding individual packages shown in `pnpm outdated -g` does work. Probably same issue for #3779?

I loved how Atom handled the git stuff - commit, amend, push and so on. I just can't get used to how vscode does it.

Now that the new design is applied, can you take a look at this? @ryelle
