Group agrees to make the changes. Appendix D needs to change along with the table used in the website

Resolved via PR #808 in LWM2M repository for 1.2.1

@sbernard31 We believe this is resolved and will be made available on OMA's website and will appear in LwM2M 1.2.2 and later revisions

@SimonPeacock Which is correct, the name or the description of the name. Typically the current name would be a resource in the object itself

@sbernard31 OMA's specification clarifies that a boolean is an unsigned 8 bit integer with 0 = false and 1 = true
