You could add an ad blocker built into the browser (kinda like brave), then just add an option to turn it on on first setup. That will at least help...

[Bug] Clipboard image synchronization fails between host and container

Could this be a Wayland specific bug? I can try to get KDE X11 on a VM and try. I'm not sure if this would fix anything. I'll report back...
