The English wiki page may be wrong, it says "La Queue-les-Yvelines (official spelling[3])" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Queue-les-Yvelines
The french wiki is equally vague:

we can certainly add an 'alias' with the 'z' but I haven't found a good source which shows the name has change in any official capacity?
