I haven't tried it, but you should be able to edit this list (either removing some or changing the order): https://github.com/pelias/api/blob/master/helper/diffPlaces.js#L9-L11
Our latest `pelias/elaticsearch` docker image is currently based on `docker.elastic.co/elasticsearch/elasticsearch:7.16.1` which I believe is the last version before license change? So for now there is no change on our end....
