Update Minecraft Wiki links to new domain after fork

The Minecraft Wiki maintainers have decided to move away from Fandom. More information can be found here: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Minecraft_Wiki:Moving_from_Fandom. This PR updates all the URLs to the new domain: minecraft.wiki

The previous version underlined the function resource locations. Many people are used to this appearance so we should try to re-add this.

- Fixes #1437 Because NBT paths uses `unsafe` as their leaf type, this would cause a type mismatch when the nbt paths ended with an enum (or literal)

In the following item modifier, a warning should be reported because `attribute_modifiers` and `minecraft:attribute_modifiers` are essentially duplicate keys. ```json { "function": "minecraft:set_components", "components": { "attribute_modifiers": [], "minecraft:attribute_modifiers": [] } }...

Right now only the key parts of nbt paths are validated by mcdoc. This doesn't sound easy so we may need to skip this for v4.0.
