No Eclipse profile data available for user, cannot log in with Eclipse

Looking at past issues, this was reported in #920 and supposedly fixed, but I'm still getting this error.

When I visit my settings page it says I need to log in with Eclipse, which sounds related, but I get stuck in an infinite login loop
