Up-to-date branch of processed files for each major version

There would be a `branch-1.X` for each major version, so the structure of processed files is up-to-date with `master`. This is useful for third party tools that rely on mcdata.

**Very much work in progress!** Only `upwards_branching_trunk_placer` in `tree` feature is implemented for now. 

Currently only files that have an associated generator are kept when you upload and then re-download a project. It would be good to keep files regardless if they can be...
