Would you mind to upload the 1.18.2 data pack, (and your fixed 1.19 data pack) as zips here? I still would like to investigate this problem and fix the upgrader...

This has already been fixed in the 1.20.5 update, I think it'll be best to merge this with the future `ver/1.20` branch

The workflow is still failing because Pandas was used. I would prefer if this used a csv or json file, both being open formats and text-based. This would get rid...
