Could be problematic with the converter, because maybe not all extensions are standardized? Like for the np20 files? We could have a config value to filter out

Not a bug but a feature. If the number of user folders and aliases is not the same, the two lists don't line up and aliases cannot be shown reliably....

Another thing; the bookmark list is also used to highlight the bookmark that is being recorded using ctrl-m. Not sure how that would work if you merge the two lists....

This is easy to reproduce on a new song: 1. Open Sidfactory2 2. In the orderlist, copy the first entry in the orderlist (00) (Cmd-C on macOS) 3. Keep pasting...

This is done for macOS and linux; the distributed artifacts and the introscreen all have the same format. eg `2020-10-21.e32a922`

Personally I wouldn't mind if it just stops at 7f without a dialog popping up. It would be obvious that I reached the maximum. Pop-ups that I have to click...
