I believe the header (at least for that error) is coming from Windows SDK -- I think it installs both 64b and 32b to `C:\Program Files (x86)` ? MSVC environment:...
Niftools v0.1.1, Blender v3.6.5..... not sure why, but now it's not even exporting (was initially using an earlier blender 3.6 version and had just upgraded niftools from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1...
