I would like to second this request. This feature would be useful when used with extensions like [tridactyl](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tridactyl-vim/) that allow switching to an arbitrary tab by number.

However, I'm not really sure why the `.dokuwiki` selectors are necessary in the first place. Shouldn't specificity be high enough without them?
