If there is no host header and no TLS SNI, where should mitmproxy take the host name from?

All transparent modes have this problem, including WireGuard. If we get no host header and no SNI, the best thing we could maybe do is guess based on DNS lookups....

Could you please share a PCAP recording of this? Starting with mitmproxy 12 we now do add CRL entries, I'd like to confirm that they go through the proxy. :)
