Fix cast warnings

At least the ones I found. `if (!copts->use_doubles_for_encoding && strcmp(type, cast_type) == 0)` should avoid useless casts of a type to the same identical type.

Fix extended id VAL

The VAL signal ID matching now works for extended ID signals.

Partial extended multiplexing support

Should somewhat support `SG_MUL_VAL_`s. I included an example dbc so you can generate the code and see what comes out.
