This doesn't seem right. HarfBuzz has CMake config already. FWICS you're adding `FindHarfBuzz` to workaround some problem.

If that's any help, I was able to workaround the problem by specifying `--ignore tests/conftest.py --ignore tests/backend/conftest.py ...`.

I suspect `--doctest-modules` may be relevant.
