If the core libraries aren't on your machine, no. If they are, try copying `elm-stuff` and `elm-package.json` to the new directory.

I'm worried that if you type _graphics_ the search results will be overwhelming. However, if you type *List.map` it doesn't work, and probably should.

I've tried `--follow-tags` and it didn't actually push the tags. We should probably suggest `git push` and `git push --tags` separately. For 1.0.0, the add command can be `git add...

`git push origin master 1.7.0` seems to work. We might also verify that the user is on master.
