I think we can close this issue with https://github.com/GSA/openacr-website/pull/49 and build up personas if we are going to flesh them out when building a content strategy.

I think that's way cleaner.. Looks great to me. I think we can go with what Section508.gov uses. Just needs to have sufficient contrast.

I think that would be useful. Ultimately what we have here is a suite of tools. Each should support the others. Would be nice to have more than one item...
