Determine if a report summary would be useful
Should we give users a sense of accomplishment when they are filling out the report? This is how the ATAG Editor Tool does it:

The sidebar progress bars can also help with this.
Some count for elements like:
Supports / Comments | Partially supports / Comments | NA | Not Evaluated
@mgifford what do you think of this layout with the alert box? What would be the percentage criteria to generate a warning and would that criteria be different for each of the categories?
I was imagining that for Supports notes would be optional but for partially supports or does not support we would more strongly urge users to fill out notes?
I like this. Great job. I like it being aligned with the alert box. And yes, these notes will need to be optional, but we can let them know that if they don't fill it in they will get slapped on the hand.
When there is a comparison tool, it will be possible to indicate that this will show up when comparing other ACRs.
Oh I like that idea for the comparison tool. Should we create an issue with comparison tool notes?
I think that would be useful. Ultimately what we have here is a suite of tools. Each should support the others.
Would be nice to have more than one item under https://github.com/GSA/openacr/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+compare+label%3A%22comparison+tool%22
